Practical Experiences
The practical or “hands-on” experiences are vital components of the Master of Public Health Program. They are designed to give students practical work experience relevant to their area of specialization; epidemiology, social and behavioral science, or health policy and management.
Two courses; the internship (P602) and the final concentration project (P702, P704 or P705) are planned, supervised and evaluated to assure that students are able to synthesize, integrate and apply skills acquired from across the curriculum.
