Welcome to the Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Public Health preceptor educational tutorial for the Master of Public Health (MPH) Program. This tutorial provides information that will be of benefit to you in your role as a preceptor for an internship or project. The “preceptor” is the person to whom the student reports to for the internship or project experience. The preceptor provides direction and support for the learning experiences of the student while at the agency.
